how do you make him understand that three wemon is too much

You don't. He comes to that understanding himself. If he's out there being with three women, he's disrespecting you, but he's having fun and having everything he wants. Why would he change? And, frankly, you just want to talk to him to make him stop. If he's doing this to you, what makes you think he's going to listen to a word he says. And if all you do is talk, he'll never get the message. Actions speak louder than words. Leave. If he comes after you and wants to change, you've succeeded. If he doesn't, the relationship obviously wasn't that important to him.

This guy knows if he gives up one woman, you'll just tell him that two women is too much.

the truth is you can never make a guy do something he doesnt want to, when it comes to such situations, he has to decide for himself, see but this is what you can do for yourself is leave this guy
