system but in the rest of the area kitchen there is no sprinkler system , only a hose reel do i have according to NFPA to add sprinkler system in this kitchen , is there any refrence.

NFPA 1 and NFPA 101 contain requirements for hotels. You can go to their web site at http://www.nfpa.org/aboutthecodes/list_of_codes_and_standards.asp to review these standards. If you have more questions, you could contact me.

BTW, if this is a new hotel, NFPA 5000 would apply.

Compartmentation?
Relation of Kitchen to guest rooms?

In an existing hotel (i.e., not fully sprinklered throughout, under NFPA 101(2009): 28.3.5, you would only have a requirement for one or more portable fire extinguishers, based upon NFPA 1 (2009) Table 13.6.2, installed to conform to 13.6.8 (size, type, location, etc).
