I just recently made a payment to him and he sent me a letter back a week later saying he did not receive my payment and I made this payment over the phone.

He has also called me a liar,a boy and somebody who plays games. Whats funny is he is threating to take me to court over a hundred dollars.

I have found by a google search that he has had several people sue him for harrassing collection practices.

Hecker is dba as VCollect in Princeton, NJ. He has called our house, too, trying to collect on a debt owed by a previous homeowner.He has been reported to the NJ AG Office and the FTC.
