We have been friends with my Ex lately. My Little brother was not feeling well he made an effort to call him visit him, and after that he bought some groceries for my mom. He has been telling me that he is still in love wth me but there somethings he wants to sort out first. We talk everyday and my phone is full of his messages.. We had a bad break up and i'm not sure if i should really trust him again. Last weekend we ended up having sex cos he had spent a night over my house.That was before my little brother got sick. And now he is coming on me even stronger. I love him but dont want to get hurt again.

he is trying to get on your good side again. Depends on the problems, as to whether you should try it again. Keep him dangling a little longer. Give him just enough rope to hang himself. Eventually he will show his true colors if he is not sincere.

It looks like this ex does not intend to be an ex long. He must see something in you, and apparently wants to be in your family.
Have the both of you grown a bit since the breakup? Do you feel you understand why you broke up, and have those reasons been fixed? Also, look one or two layers back in the why you broke up issue.
You might consider talking to a counselor to help out with all these emotions and to get things started on the right track.
