Ideas are good, references better, citations are best.

But I'll take even educated guesses at this point.

Daniel D:

The whole point of Noahide is that the are the rules non-Jews are held to -- a non-Jew who holds to the Noahide Laws will have a share in Olam Haba (the World to Come).

But I do not keep Noahide (on more than one point) and though I don't believe, it still leaves me curious as to what 'fate awaits' for a person who doesn't, if only by the teachings of Judaism, if any.

XX:

That much, I do know. I also know there may very well be no such concept or teaching as to what I'm asking since so little focus is given to Olam Haba or the after life in Judaism.

The following of the Noahiide laws by non-Jews is discussed in masechat Avodah Zara and in masechta Sanhedrin (unfortunately I do not know the exact references for you.)

Essentially, it is said that a violation of ay of those laws would be punished by a death sentence. However, this is seen as being illustrative rather than practical since:
1) Some are base don the society rather than the individual (such as having a body of laws to govern society) and
2) A Jewish court does not have jursidiction over a non-Jew, meaning that the laws cannot be enforced on a non-Jew!

The point of saying that it has such a serious ounishment is to outline how important these laws are to a society- to ANY society including a Jewish one (all the laws are subsumed in the 613 laws of Judaism- but these 7 are seen as the basics of society)

The next issue would be how the person is judged in the wWorld to Come for transgressing these laws. If they are guilty of one of the sins that is punishable by Kares (Heavenly excission) they will not be allowed to enter into the World to Come but will remain forever on the outside looking in- never able to approach to the divine essence. If they are only guilty of a law which is not punishable by Kares- then they, like a Jew, will be judged, experience the shame of Gehinnom and within a maximum of a year will enter into the World to Come to their reward.

Judaism doesn't really address what happens to a non-Jewish person who is not observant of the Noahide commandments. I suppose you'd say that we just presume that God will deal with it at the appropriate time. I've never heard any teaching of any sort that says something bad will happen, and I've personally never felt anything would. Since we don't believe in the concept of hell, I think that the best way I could put it would simply be to say that from our point of view, such a person will simply die and cease to exist. If God has other plans, he hasn't shared them with us :-)

Non-Jews who do not follow Noahide are in the same boat as Jews who do not follow the Torah. Temporary punishment followed by permanent reward.

Btw, christians are considered to be idolaters according to judaism and will suffer the same as any other non-jew not following the noahide laws.

Well, the good news I know what does not happen. Eternal Damnation. It simply does not exist in Judaism. Period. For anyone.

I have no idea, since I'm not Jewish. Maybe non-Jews aren't considered bound by those laws, but only Jews are.
