I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could find a website that would tell me what all that stuff means that Police say over the radio means. Like "1032 in progress" or "Code 3" Things like that.

Well 10 codes vary depending on the locality. Some, like 10-4 (I acknowledge) or 10-15 (prison in custody) are pretty standard everywhere. However, a lot of them differ, for instance, 10-50 means a traffic accident some places, on the link posted above, a 10-50 is a person under the influence of drugs. Code 3 means emergency response, running with light and sirens, you gotta be somewhere fast. Oh, and where I'm from, a 10-32 is a chase in progress.
