My father passed away and I figured we would skip that part. I've had people ask which Uncle will walk me down the aisle and I said "none". The place that my father would have had will be vacant because nobody is taking his place.
Will you have someone to dance with in your father's place?

Ok. I am NOT a country fan BUT, I think the lyrics to Garth Brooks' "THE DANCE" just may fit. So I'd have to say that is the song.
Or BETTER yet, do you remember the rock band EUROPE?
They have a song called, "TOMORROW". That is such a good song, I have it loaded and put in my 'Funeral Music' folder. I know that sounds morbid but, I want to pick MY songs when it's my time to go.
