last year i was super close with this kid danny. but then he started to have feelings and i didnt, and we had a falling out. he got a gf after that and they dated until just a few weeks ago. since then, we've started talking again and are now on good terms (were both jrs in highschool now). we hungout for the first time the weekend after he broke up with his ex, and somehow ended up just being chill and cuddling. for the first time i thought that maybe i could see myself with him.
but okay so this past weekend, he basically ditched me twice. he asked me if i wanted to hangout friday but when friday came he suddenly said that he couldnt.. then the same thing happened on sunday. he apologized and all, but it was weird since he was the one who asked to hangout both times in the first place. then at school today, he didnt even look me in the eye. so weird. whats his deal/why is he acting like this? do you think he genuinely wants to pursue me or is just hoping to use me as a rebound? ...

I don't think he is committed to this. Seems very flaky. Not looking you in the eye is a very bad sign. I'm sorry I don't think his feelings for you are strong.

You are definitely a rebound and he is a major ***. Sorry, I've been there. Get rid of him before you find out he is in someone else's bed like I did (and don't let him back in when that relationship fails, either).
