what should I write in a thank you card for earrings. I wan tto be polite, but there is not much to say about earrings except that they are beautiful.

Say: "Thank you so much for your beautiful gift. I truly appreciate that you thought of me."

I don't think it's necessary to say a lot. Just let the person know you appreciate what they did.
