Natural log has base e while log 10 has base 10.

That should be self explanatory; anyway I will explain it by example.
In base e , if you have e^a = b , then Ln(b) = a; for base 10, if 10^c = d , then log(d) = c. Definitely, log(d) is not equal numerically to Ln(d).
