I was with my friend, my friends cousin, and his cousins friend. We were watching a movie in his cousins room and i was sitting on the bed and so was he. We were sitting kind of, not really close to each other. But during one part, he tapped my shoulder and pulled me down a little until i was laying he his lap. Then he put his arm around me and we just stayed there for a bit. What was that all about?

Was it a scary movie? How old was the dude? We need to know these things. But off of what you gave (tho it was sorta of hard to know who you were talking about) sounds like the person likes you. And if you didn't stop yourself from laying on his lap then it either sounds like you like him also or now he thinks that you do like him cause you didn't do anything about it. But seriously more info whould help next time.

Well, i doubt he was making a move, sometimes if the mood is right i would snuggle with a girl i'm not that close to, it's nothing too be alarmed about though, just a random act on impulse
