as your oven cycles on and off as it heats the temp varies, you need a thermometer, note the highest Temp registering write it down do the same for the lowest it goes and the heat comes on. lets say your high point is 370 and low is 335add those and you get 709. divide by 2. your average temp is 352.5 @a set temp of 350 capish?
