getting tea bagged is a guy thing it is when a guy puts his balls in someones face i think at least from what im told like when another guy is sleeping they will pull there pants down adn put there balls in the other guys face i have never witnessed this so i'm not really sure so don't quote me

It gets moved up and down and hence looks like dunking a "sack" of tea up and down in a cup although in this case it is a ball sack and instead of a "cup" it is a persons mouth. lol
This may stem from the old joke about the moron who burned his balls.
He was making tea and it said put "sack" in boiling water.

Lol, it's usually a cruel act by stupid people. Usually when someone passes out (from being drunk or other things of that nature) a male will put his testicle inside the passed out person's mouth.
