So briefly no i trust that we owe the caucasion discovery of what we call the "New international" to mans organic curiousity now to not faith. because faith is superflous and may want to actual be switched for yet another. i'm at a loss for words by ability of this question, did you've an target at glorifying your own faith, or changed into it in basic terms a question? And in basic terms to make sparkling Christians were no longer the first to courageous the darkish waters of the sea. The renowned Egyptians were absolutely the first. I do notwithstanding apprieciate religions as a kind of paintings and creativity that has given wish and intending to historic and modern worlds. yet i'm an Agnostic and do not understand what to trust so some distance as faith is going, there is not any evidence both way so I see no reason to trust both way.

I am Jewish, and there are two favorite parts of my religion. The first is Shabbat services....all Jews are getting together in synagogue and saying the same prayers in Hebrew. This gives me such a feeling of unity.

The second favorite part is the final service of Yom Kippur, just before the break fast. We have spent a day fasting and praying, and now that is coming to a close and the year is fresh and new.

The certainty that I am not alone and that I have a spirit guide with me helping me go through difficulties in life. The certainty that I will die and I will go to a place where I will be prepared to be born again. The certainty that we are all equal and we are progressing, no one of us will be wasted. The certainty that only love and forgiveness will make us progress spiritually faster.

My religion is Spiritism.

Peace!

Religion is of man. Christianity is reality. I love the truth that through Christ, the good sheperd, all will be brought to God,for He will suffer none to be lost. How full of goodness and mercy is HE. I also treasure the fact that this life, full of pain and loss, and suffering will one day end,and that God will be ALL in ALL. No more pain, loss,of suffering, for He has made ALL things new!

The greatest thing about Christianity is that our sins were paid for in full by the blood of Jesus Christ our Savior. It is so calming and reassuring to know that I am not wandering around this world aimlessly with everything against me because I know that God is with me all the time. If God brings you to it, HE WILL bring you through it. You only have to trust and obey in him. Praise the Lord!

No large structure eating up money. No religious people living high on the lamb. Just one moral agnostic trying to do best he can.

As an atheist, I am happy to have free will, to be able to think for myself, and to attribute value to things without external guidance.

What is holy is what I deem.

P.S. What is "freedom in Christ" other than a sense of judgmental hubris? I mean, for all that "forgiving" and "non-judging" business, you sure like to throw out the "thumbs-down" a lot, don'tcha?

Matthew 6
19 "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.
20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.
21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
