i need help using winrar to extract and .iso file it keeps telling me to install the cd with the other part 2 it......any suggestions????

.iso is a cd or dvd image. Although some types of .iso can be handled with winrar, it's not really the program you should use. Either burn the image to an actual disc using Nero, Sonic, Alcohol, or some other burning software; or mount it to a virtual drive using Daemon Tools.

ISO is a live cd file so i suggest that you must burn it on an empty CD as a DATA CD.....no need to extract it
