In my dream, I was in a cave with a mexican woman and her two kids...a boy and a girl around the ages 6-9. [I am a 50% mexican, and 50% white and 15] Well...throughout my dream, I kept thinking to myself..."Did I kill someone in my dream or for real? Oh my god! I hope not for real!" And I went outside...and it was a desert. I was going to go back home. I was climbing a chain link fence and the lady came to me and said. "I can't take it anymore. I don't want to stay here, alone." I noticed a car behind her so we all could escape and go home.
I started to climb down the fence and began to tell her, "It's okay. We will take the----" and then she took a gun and shot herself...in the head. I thought..."oh great. I gotta clean this up and what am I going to do?" And her kids were coming towards us. Her brain was on the floor. The son came to me and I told him, "Mijo....don't look down." He was stepping in her brain. I told him to go back in the cave. I covered her brain up w/part of....

Perhaps this is an identity crisis? Let's say the mexican woman is your alter ego. The hispanic part of you being the one you thought you killed(you were hiding this in a cave)

You're either watching too much Court television..... Or... your eating before going to bed. Don't eat anything after 6:00 p.m.so your body doesn't have to be digesting food while trying to shut down for the night. Before you go to bed relax and read a book so your mind is relaxing. Make it a good novel. No violent books. Just try it and see if it helps. I have nightmares as well just like you do. It's all about how you felt during the dream that makes it important. You sound pretty scared through out the dream so I would say something is scaring you in real life so where in your life.
