Nope, its invite only
Only the Top 10 Drivers go and I thinks its like 5-8 guests per driver and also some other people in charge of NASCAR get to go (like France & Helton)

I would seriously doubt it as that most drivers aren't allowed to go except for the top drivers getting awards. From watching the event on tv it looks to be a very closed group and intimate setting within the Nascar organization. I don't think they have the space or resources to sell tickets to the public, but if you know say the CEO of Lowes, Dupont, Home Depot, Jack Daniels ect...then get them to give you the hookup!

Nope, as Jay said--not enough room to accomodate the teams, sponsors, and NASCAR folks. If you are CEO of a Fortune 500 company that is a big sponsor, you could probably get a ticket.

There are some public events, though, such as FanFest. Details on nascar.com

No. They don't have enough space to accomodate all the people involved in Nascar, never mind letting the public attend.
