I'm a former Army Ranger of 14 years and have had every problem there is probably. If it grow's back within a week, it's foot fungus. If it takes a while to come back it's just dry skin. Some people just get that way during the winter months.

Everyone's feet have that problem...unless of course you're gifted with awesome skin. They don't GROW back. The top layer of your skin is dead and it will flake off. (some areas build it up quicker) You just need to scrub it in the shower every day and moisturize with Vaseline or baby oil. If you use baby oil...let it sit until it dries or pat it dry with a towel.

more than likely it is just dead skin. everyone has it on their feet. the only thing that you can really do for it is buy a foot stone. soak your feet, scrub with the stone, and then put on some very moisturizing lotion under socks and sleep in them. it takes a few weeks, but if you do this every few days it will get much better.

You have callouses, which commonly form on the feet. The best solution is to soak your feet, and then use a skin cream that's especially made to soften callouses.

Do you wear sandles are flip-flops a lot? Sounds like calluses to me. Look it up. If you would go back to wearing socks and shoes for the winter, it will go away. Do you roller skate? Same thing happens.
