I am trying to lose at least 50 pounds so thats 200-50= 150 pounds in 3 months or more but I really want to weigh this much or less what kind of diet and indoor exercises can I do???? PLEASE HELP!!

Get a dvd. There are a lot of good ones out there...cheap and expensive. I've exercised to Slim in 6 and The Firm and I've had good results with both. I had better results with The Firm.

Check with websites like shape.com, fitnessmagazine.com, and self.com for some free exercises or exercise routines. There are also workout DVDs available to people of all fitness levels. I am a fan of Denise Austin's DVD with the "power band," which is really a resistance band. It's great for people just starting out because it offers cardio and light muscular training.

There is Pilates and you can get a kit fromArgos or a DVD! Also housework is a great workout & Yoga too!
