my friend told me that between her legs, there are hard lumps that are small. they eventually get smaller and smaller and disappear, but as one disappears, another one appears but gets smaller... etc. she told me it has been happening for about 3 weeks.

No, it doesn't sound like cancer, it does how ever sound like genital herpes, or possibly warts, she definitely should get this looked like, these are treatable.

don't just ignore go to hospital to have more check-up
i had already experience like that before & am so afraid of having cancer you know but the result is negative.So, its cured now because shes giving me prescription to take.

Nope, it sounds like an STD. She needs to get tested is she is having sex. If she is not she needs to see her doctor to get a pap.
