Take her outside, to the same spot each time, when she wakes up, after she eats, before going to sleep, and about every hour in between. Praise, praise, praise when she goes.

When you are gone, asleep, or can't watch her closely, place her in a crate. Make sure she's 'empty' and exercised before putting her in, and make sure she's not left in there too long. When she is loose in the house, watch her closely and rush her outside if she looks like she's thinking about needing to go.

Never punish her for having an accident. Just clean up and resolve to get her outside sooner next time.

Crate training is the surest - but it's not instantaneous, takes time, patience, and constant repetition, taking the dog out to the same place and praising it when it gets it right.

This is a baby at 3 months, potty training does not come overnight for kids or puppies.
