My question is, since most acknowledge truth as supreme, Why then do you live a lie?
Christmas
Easter
Lent
Halloween
Hanukkah
Erev Shabbat
Days of Awe
Any practice not found in scripture
These are doctrines that divide and are used to judge one another.

Truth is most important.
John 17:3 & 1 Timothy 2:4 both show an importance to get to know the truth.
Mark 7:13 & Colossians 2:8 warn of following traditions.
I believe I do know the differences.
Hebrews 10:26 raises an interesting point.
Have you not seen some people who answer they know that Christmas , Easter & Halloween are pagen but say it just harmless fun and will celabrate it anyway.?
How does Hebrews 10:26 fit into that senerio ?
What does it mean for once saved always saved ?

The Truth.
Mar 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men
Mar 7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Truth is more important of course!! If one lives by the traditions of men, they are being worldly....whereas if one lives by truth...they are being Godly!!
That is the difference!!

Traditions of men = religion (legalism)
Truth = Jesus Christ (freedom)
Truth is more important.
