for your skin, just use a damp washcloth. if that doesn't work, try soap or body wash. Baby wipes/Wet Ones are great too; less mess.

for your scalp,just wash off the excess with a wet washcloth. The rest will come off when you rinse the dye out of your hair. If water alone doesn't get it all off, try a little bit of shampoo (preferably one made for color treated hair, like Color Vive, so it doesn't affect the color)

When dyeing hair you should remove any dripping solution as it drips and before it drys. Never massage the dye into your scalp.

If you already have you may have to use a strong soap to remove the staining of your skin.....Bar soap will remove the stain on your skin but I do not know what kind of reaction you may have if you actually wash your hair with a bar of soap.
It could irritate your skin. Or maybe not. It could also fade the new color of your hair. Best wishes

Vaseline will prevent it from staining your skin......not sure about the scalp

use some hair dye and rub it on each spot and wipe it off..or Vaseline
