Im a surgeon and the biggest thing I would look for is the pair of pliers I might have left inside her after the operation.

Depends on the type he is, For me the biggest thing i look in a woman, is how intence i feel the way see look at me.

If she's not an idiot, I look at her eyes and her smile. If she's got nice curvature, it's a written Man Law that you have to at least look at it too (of course).
