Well I bought my camera a few months ago, and I accidentally dropped it (mistakes happen) and the lens won't come out and it won't take pics or anything. It turns on and goes to the HP screen then turns off. It's not dead, I tried charging it. The lens will not open.

If I send it into HP, how long would it take for them to fix it?

I need it back by the 30th of november, I'm going to see All Time Low in NYC.

BTW its HP Photosmart R967

R.I.P. HP Photosmart R967. You now have a cool paperweight. Repairs - at your expense - will likely cost more than a new camera.

You may begin shopping for your new camera.

NOTE: Check the back of your concert ticket. If it says NO CAMERAS ALLOWED and they find yours it will be confiscated and you may never see it again.

Usually you send it in and in a week or so they mail an estimate to you, since you will have to pay for the repair and it may not be worth the cost. Your time frame is too tight to count on it being repaired in time for your concert. You might be able to borrow a camera or duplicate a friend's images for yourself.

Just a long shot, but I think you should ask HP.
