Here are a few.

Prime Rib

INGREDIENTS
3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
1/3 cup orange marmalade
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 cup beer
1 (8 pound) prime rib roast
1/4 cup olive oil
freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Mix together the ginger, marmalade, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce, and mustard. Stir in the beer. Prick holes all over the roast with a 2 pronged fork. Pour marinade over roast. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, basting at least twice.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan. Pour about 1 cup of marinade into the roasting pan, and discard remaining marinade. Pour olive oil over roast, and season with freshly ground black pepper. Insert a roasting thermometer into the middle of the roast, making sure that the thermometer does not touch any bone. Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil, and seal edges tightly around pan.
Cook roast for 1 hour in the preheated oven. After the first hour, remove the aluminum foil. Baste, reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C), and continue roasting for 1 more hour. The thermometer reading should be at least 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium-rare, and 170 degrees F (76 degrees C) for well done. Remove roasting pan from oven, place aluminum foil over roast, and let rest for about 30 minutes before slicing.

This corn chili my mom and I came up with when I was a kid:

2 cans of beans (I usually use 1 can of dark kidney beans and 1 can of beans in chili sauce)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can white hominy
1 can (or 1 1/2 cups frozen) yellow corn
1 can black olives, lightly crushed
1 jar salsa (as hot or mild as you want it)
1lb lean ground beef (or turkey or soy meat substitute)
1/4 cup minced onion
1 packet taco seasoning
Chili powder, black pepper, salt, and ground turmeric to taste

-Brown the meat with the onion; drain off any extra grease
-Drain and rinse all the canned veggies (except the chili beans and tomatoes)
-Put everything in the crock pot, give it a stir, and turn it on high for about an hour. You can serve it right from there, or turn it down to low and let it cook for as long as 10+ hours. Serve with shredded cheese, corn bread, tortilla chips, sour cream, etc. It'll serve probably 8 people easily, maybe a couple more.

You could also add some minced jalapeno or other chili peppers if you want to (I never get to because no one in my family is willing to eat anything that hot/spicy).

(All the cans/jars are the standard 14-16 ounce size)

I like that meatloaf recipe Boo has up there but not with sugar in it.

I like pot roast baked in the oven with sliced onion on top and peeled carrots and potatoes cut up with it. Bake it till the roast is done like 2 or 3 hours and the potatoes are browning. 350 degrees, covered.

lasagne
I make mine with ground pork and sauteed mushrooms and peppers. I add defrosted spinach to a mixture of ricotta cheese, low fat cottage cheese, and one egg. For the sauce, I use olive oil with fresh cut tomatoes and then sprinkle it with garlic and basil. For cheese, I use mozzarella, romano, and parmesan.

It really depends on what kind of mood I'm in. I love Navajo fry bread. I love brautwurst. And I love Italian food. It's all good.
