eat healthy, smaller portions more often. as for exercising, run/jog a lot, keep doing situps, do bicycle wheels (falt on back, then pedal legs in air like a bike), do some "6 inches" (lie on back, using only your ab muscles, lift your feet about 6 inches, dont arch your back or anything, and hold them there for about 10-15 seconds)

You can't just do situps to lose stomach fat. You have to work in lots of cardio to burn the fat so the situps can tone the muscle. Keep dieting and excersizing.. do about 45 of cardio, getting your heartrate up for at least 20 minutes.. then do situps. That's one of the hardest places to lose weight so dont give up!!

There are no sure fire way to take off fat at one area of the body only. The best way is to stay on the diet and stay active ( go run ). That way your body will remove fat from various places in your body and hope that it will take some off that gut too.

high fiber diet,smaller meals at more frequent intervals like fist size helpings , hydration ,cycling and your situps and curls while bicycling as in the stationary exercise .

put your legs up on your coach.. and do sit- ups pushing your thighs and pelvic bone upwards! it will tighten up your butt, thighs, and stomach/abs rather quickly!!
