my professor is a world expert in evolutionary and population genetics. But since evolution is a lie, how should i break it to him, that he has been wasting 40 years of his life, and that all the results he has, and all his published work was for nothing?

Tell him to keep up the good work. How about if he publishes a pop-up book or something with pictures so the dummies can follow along with what evolution is exactly. You know, like Sagan, but genetics.

leave him alone. you aren't going to go up to your calculus teacher and tell him that it is bullcrap you are never going to need to know (even though we all know it's true). why pick on this one?
edit- he can be an expert in evolution and be teaching introductory biology (which you have to take at some colleges). Sarcasm is hard to decipher when in writing unless you really put emphasis with punctuation... which you didn't do
