I think there are angels, and varied forms of them,
There's more documentation of them being here NOW,than of aliens from another planet.
We should be more interested in that then "What if... in space somewhere"

The chance of Earth being the only planet in the universe that sustains higher life forms is so astronomically small that yes, I'd say the chances are good for extraterrestrial lifeforms on a par with or perhaps surpassing the ones now on Earth.

Saying His kingdom was not of this world is not a statement in favor of "extra-terrestrials" -- it is merely a statement that His Kingdom is a spiritual kingdom.
However, the Bible *does* mention extraterrestrial beings (besides angels). Note that by "extraterrestrial" I'm not talking about "aliens" -- just beings of non-terran origin. No being from the un-fallen worlds would ever visit our sinful world. Read on...
Job 1:6 "Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them."
Job 2:1 "Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD."
As with a king, the "sons of God" are princes. Each of God's Creations have had their "first man" and that "first man" is given dominion, by God, of that Creation. Thus, that "first man" becomes a prince of his world. Adam was that man for us (Luke 3:38), but he surrendered his dominion to the devil when he took the devil's word over God's Word. Thus, satan showed up at these Heavenly Meetings to represent our world. God even challenged his right to be there:
Job 1:7 "And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou?"
Upon answering that he had come from the earth -- from walking up and down in his dominion -- God ceased His challenge and proceeded to other subjects. This effectively accepted satan's right to attend these Heavenly Council meetings. But, satan lost that right when Jesus bought back dominion of this world by paying the Ultimate Price.
And, yes, the beings of the other galaxies have accepted The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit as their Triune God. The parable of the Lost Sheep is an allegory of 100 Creations. 99 of them have remained true to God (remained within the fold). One of them was lost (our world). The Shepherd left the ninety and nine and went out to find His Lost Sheep. Humanity.

I believe that if it happened here it is very possible that life arose in other parts of the Universe. How often i am not sure. It is quite arrogant to think that we are the only planet that was able to form life. In fact there may have been some form of life on Mars at one point. As far as them having traveled here to Earth. I find that less likely. Matter can only move so fast and the distances of space are vast.

If you mean human-like beings who reside upon planets other than Earth, in the vastness of our Universe, surely there are. If you mean aliens who visit the Earth in vessels (UFOs), I am skeptical. My sister believes that she has had an experience with such creatures, perhaps even an abduction, but, since I was not present and she was high, I remain doubtful! Because of the vast distances between planets, stars, and galaxies in space, such travel would be impossible within the laws of physics. Of course, those who are believers in extraterrestrial visitation also believe that those visitors are capable of overriding the laws of physics and the constraints of time and space. I need viable proof in order to be convinced.

100 billion suns in our galaxy. 200 billion suns in the Andromeda Galaxy 2.4 million light years away. There are trillions of galaxies. We are now discovering that planetary formation around stars is normal. We have discovered over 250 extra-solar planets just in our little remote corner of our galaxy. The small rocky planets in the "green zone" around a star are too small to detect presently, but we will soon have the telescopic power to find those too. I believe there are many habitable planets just in the Orion Arm of our Milky Way Galaxy. Nobody knows if there's life on them. Even if there is, it doesn't mean it evolved life that can build a radio telescope. Maybe just a bunch of bugs, you know? But given the sheer number of possibilities, yes, there are extraterrestrials. The question is not where are they, but WHEN are they. The universe is 13.7 billion years old. During that span, many beings could have existed and died or are on the way to existence. When you look out at the night sky, you are looking back in time. If you know where to look, you can see the Andromeda Galaxy on a clear night. Light from that galaxy is 2.4 million years old when it hits your eyeball. During that time, many planets in that vast galaxy could have spawned life, and could be long dead by the time the light from there reaches your eyes.

Probably somewhere in the universe...
The universe is a vast place with millions and millions of possible places for life to evolve.. Whether or not we will recognize it as life or not if we were to come in contact with it is a different issue..

The probablility of life existing in the universe is 100%, because we are here. It is possible that there are extraterrestials - even likely - but so far no credible scientific evidence for it has surfaced yet.

I am a little undecided but I think that it is likely that somewhere else in the world there is other life. I dont really believe, however, that there is (necessarily) intelligent life, and i certaintly dont think that extra terrestrials have visted Earth.
