first, i've never dated anyone, so how do i get a boyfriend? second, when i do get a boyfriend and it gets close to the first kiss, how do i tell him i've never kissed anyone?

Theres not really a set guidelines on how to get a boyfriend. Just be yourself and look around. If you see/hang out with someone you like. Flirt with them see what they are like. Maybe it will lead somewhere. When you get close to the first kiss. Don;t tell him you've never kissed before. It's not really gonna matter to him how good you are at kissing. Just try to go with the flow when you two kiss. You both will feel great even if your really bad at it. It'll be fun either way. Good luck

It depends on what kind of a boyfriend you want. If you want a shy person, you might have to guess to see if he likes you or not and make the first moves. If you want an outgoing person, show that person that you have the same passions and hobbies that they do and if they think that your personality is good for them, they'll ask you out. For the first kiss, just tell him in a very teasing way. Like say : Can you teach me or something. Make it memorable. Good Luck.
