I put parsley and garlic in just about everything.
My husband liked Mrs. Dash and it is so expensive so I read the label to see what is in it.
Then I gathered all the ones together that I have and started mixing them.
Now he likes my mix better.
It is never the same each time I make it.
If you like Italian you can use oregano, basil, garlic, onion.
Just start experimenting. Use a little at first so you don't totally mess up something.

aurugula (sp) is a good herb/green to use, cilantro is good in salads... keep in simple though, one or two but not more than that otherwise it gets confusing! Experiment is my advice... I love to try new things... something aromatic is good though.. mint, cilantro, maybe some thyme, lemongrass, try some new greens, maybe add some fruit like mandarin oranges or some toasted nuts!

Ok, I'm hungry now LOL! Best of luck!

A "mix of fresh herbs" is that. It all depends what kind of herbs you like. Just try random combinations and find what you like! ☺

It's really a matter of trying different combinations you like.
Herbs & spices go in families for different cuisines:
Dill, Mint, Chives, etc.
Celery seed, Sesame seed, Poppy seed, etc.
Cumin, Chili, Pepper, Curry, etc.
Onion, Garlic, etc.
