Pack yourself a snack and eat inbetween classes. Or say you have to go to the bathroom, and have a snack in the hall. lol.

Have breakfast (a fortified cereal with skim milk, 2 eggs in a whole wheat tortilla, etc.) before school. You can add a piece of fruit, too.
After your 2nd or 3rd hour class have a snack like a piece of fruit and 12-20 almonds, or a Clif Bar.
Eat your lunch and make sure there is at least one fruit and one veggie. If your school doesn't always provide one of each, bring a piece of fruit and some carrots every day. Have milk with your lunch!
After school have a snack similar to your morning snack and an 8 oz. glass of milk if you're not heading right to a sports practice (if you are heading to a sport, have your milk with dinner). You can also have half a turkey sandwich.
For dinner have something healthy like baked or grilled meat (chicken, fish, or lean beef or pork). Of course, have a veggie and a fruit (better if you squeeze in 2-3 veggies in there).
If you eat dinner early (before 6 or 6:30) have another snack at 8-8:30. Consider this as your dessert. Have a fat free pudding cup or 1/2 cup of Eddy's/Dryer's Slow Churned Ice Cream, fresh strawberries, and water. If you don't feel like something sweet, have a piece of whole wheat toast and peanut butter and/or no-sugar-added jam.

Prepare your meals and eat between classes. You can always substitute a meal for a meal replacement shake.

You could try fibre bars or fruit ( preferably fruit, it's healthier), and try fruits that can be taken a bite at a time and are easy to carry, like grapes, bananas or even apples. That way you can have a bite any time you have the time.

Fibre bars, and eat them between while walking to classes.
