i was thinking of getting some common things like vodka, and rum but what else should i buy

Buy triple sec and juices it'll make all that booze go a lot farther

After all my infamous parties I would suggest getting a mix of things. Vodka(smirnoff) Gin (Tanquaray), Tequilla (Cuervo), Rum(Bacardi). The only reason i suggest these brands is because they are the cheaper of those style of liquors. Depending on how much people make sure you buy some cheap brands also. Your going to need stuff for both the ladies and guys. Apple Puckers(martinis), Malibu( Bay Breeze), triple sec (Anything like margaritas, cosmos), cranberry, oj, pineapple, grapefruit, coke, diet, limes, salt, plastic shot glasses. Jello shots are easy and good also. Good luck!

"James this is your parents. Absolutely no parties while we are out of town! I'm warning you!" Just playing man... I love house parties. Vodka, rum, gin, Jagermeister, tequila, some form of scotch or whiskey, and don't forget the chasers (soda, juice, tonic, beer for the hardcore, etc...) You don't need to get too fancy - buy cheap stuff - no one will care - just have a variety. Oh and have some wine or wine coolers for the ladies... you'll thank me later. Stay away from anything red though because it will stain and that sucks. Be prepared for destruction... hire a maid the next day... they're usually cheap and will save you from work while hung over. Good luck and hit me up with directions bro!

Depends on what you plan on doing with them.
If you are planning on making mix drinks go for the basics.
Vodka (Smirnoff or Stoli)
Rum (Bacardi)
Tequila (Jose)
Triple Sec
and maybe a few whiskeys/bourbons like a jack daniels oe southern comfort.
Supply mixers like juice or coke and have plenty of ice and plastic cups on hand.
If you are planning to have shots, then you may want to go with a bottle of jaeger or could bottle of Patron tequila. If you want the girls to participate, grab some apple pucker or peach snapps. These can also be mixed with basic liquors and mixers for mixed drinks or shooter.
One piece of advice, STAY AWAY FROM CHEAP LIQUOR. It may be good on your budget, but it will be harsh on your stomach. Spending the extra cash.
One more great house party good. SLice peaches, apples, oranges, pear and soak overnight in liquor. Vodka is great, especially a flavored apple vodka.
The fruit absorbs the spirits and it taste great. Just make sure you keep the slices away from any DD's.

General mixing liquor. Whiskey, Vodka, Rum, Tequila maybe something sweet like Malibu. Have lots of juices such as cranberry, pineapple and orange juice. Also some Coca-Cola, and some sprite. And Lots of Ice, limes, and olives.

Are you kidding? Go to Buy-Rite and get a lot of white booze on sale. Vodka, gin, rum, maybe some J.H.T.Brown bourbon for those who truly believe they are connoisseurs. lotta coke and 7-Up. Spare no expense there. The real deal.

a keg jack , jose , jager and the captain get some thing to mix with them like coke ,red bull buy things you like so you know it will get drunk if cost is a problem have friend chip in if you got jager and the want to do bombs have them bring the red bull ..... friends dont mind chipping in free loaders will just drink what you got and ***** and complain no matter what you have another tip have this in a place like a garge or basement where if some drunk fool falls over and spill his beer it not on your big screen tv or stereo nothing kills a party faster for you when it stops being fun and start being baby sitting drunk people
