eat slowly, take small portions, chew thoroughly, put your fork down between each bite and chew slowly

a lot of over eating is beacue you sit there and talk and you sit with food in front of you for a longer amount of time than normal...do more talking than eating

drink LOTS of water all day long...about one bottle of water every few hours

Slow eating is definately a plus, but, first thing is fill up on water!!! Approx. 40 mins before eating suck down an 8 oz glass.... This wil fill your belly big time....... by the time it is time to eat you will mostly be full. When you eat something take small portions and as far as your belly is concerned this is what it consumed and your mouth will be happy too!!!!

Eat off a SMALLer plate like a dessert plate. And don't go back for seconds. Eat only a small piece of pie and forgo the alamode.

Drink a lot of water before and during your meal. This causes your stomach to be more full, and you don't feel like eating as much.

use a smaller plate and put just a little of the foods on it
makes the plate look full and people not saying ,come on have some more =also chatter a lot with family
