If you have a medical DQ that would prevent you from entering, but not prevent you from remaining in if it developed while on active duty, you could try to get a waiver.
Or you could try the reserve components or National Guard. They will often accept things that active will not.
Also, you could check with the different services. Some things that will keep you out of Army Infantry will be just fine for an Air Force Weather Observer.
Without knowing the condition it is really impossible to say.

I know that being nineteen and married you are probably expecting a nice little house where your husband comes home to dinner and you enjoy the evenning on the couch watching TV - well that can happen - not every night and sometimes when you think that it is goign to happen - things will change - CHANGE that is the word of a military wife - you learn not to make plans more than a week or two in the future - even then things come up. You start to learn how to roll with the punches. The biggest thing is for you to roll with it. When you get up set your husband will feel like it is his fault - his career - eventhough that is just the way things go. The best way to support a military husband is to support his career and understand that things change. Try it will kids - it is more fun : ) You learn that the time that you have together you make count. Your date night might not be every Friday - but you can still have a date night, plans just be made 10 min before they happen. Your husband doesn't want to have to worry about you when he is at work or deployed - that is why military wives are a different breed of wives - we deal with a lot - especially raising families on our own. Get a part time job, go to school, etc - don't become a military wife that just sits at home. When your husband knows that everything is running smooth at home and that home is a nice happy place to come home to everything just runs a lot smoother. Be friends with his friends - ie have BBQ's etc. Learn military protical, the ranking system, iron his clothes - that is one less thing that he will have to do. You will - everyone does - start to feel like your husband is having an affair with the military or that the military is his wife and you are just the fun on the side. That is not the case - look at the possitive and be as active as you can. Good luck - it will not kill you - it will only make you a better person - get involved with the FRG and make sure that you have friends - help them out and they will help you out. This is a huge transition from high school, you can't let little petty things get in the way. As a military wife you want to dress a little more on the conservitive side - I am not saying to wear long dresses and turtle necks - just be modest - a wife of my husbands buddy showed up to an even wearing a shirt that was hardly there and it was ackward. Know your history and current events - there are many people hwho are against the war and you need to be able to stand your ground and not be swayed to their side since your husband is serving this country. Be patriotic and show up to all events that wives are invited to. Look you best at military balls. Don't get scared. Be wise in spending money - we don't make a ton - you don't want to get in debt. Sorry that these are random thoughts thrown together - hope you can see the picture P.S. Always have a clean house - if you are living on base - they can do inspections - it is not likely, but if they get a report or a mantenance man comes in and things are filty - they can do inspections. You will be fine

I'm pretty sure if you were "medically DQ'ed from active duty military enlistment" it means..... hello, you cant enlist in the military. There could be ways around it based on what that "medical condition" is. You could always join the peace corp.

The best thing to do is to talk to a Recruiter at your local Armed Forces station...there they will be able to assist you in how or what you can do to join or serve in the military..also it will be based on what the medical condition is...good luck and if you need anymore help IM me or email me

Sorry but permanent medical disqualification is just that.
Sounds like there is no way shape or form that you may enlist in the military.
But thank you for wanting to serve.
