It is illegal to not post the SSS contributions of the employees. It is being deducted every month in our salary so the company/employer should submit those to SSS.
You can report them to SSS so that SSS will know that the company you are working for is violating their rules.
Good luck!

Maybe, it needs to be regularized. Some of the companies are remitting the monthly SSS contributions of employees but forgetting to submit the quarterly report with the 'detailed' contributions of the employees. It means that the companies are remitting the monthly contributions but should make the 'proper allocations' quarterly. This report should tally with the monthly contributions remitted. This happens most of the times to companies. This includes 'loan' repayments.
If you meant, that the company was not remitting the contributions, you should report it to SSS immdiately.

Report your company to the SSS and bring with you copies of your payslips showing SSS deductions from your salary.

Show proof of your deductions to SSS. This way, SSS can cite your company for violation, so they won't do this horrible thing again.

It happens to me too, they didn't post my last 4 months contributions. Maybe you ask for assistance and report it from SSS office about this...:)
