some trust in soul sleep, yet custom and orthodox christianity believes that that is heresy and so do I. Soul sleep says you sleep until eventually resserction day. Paul says absent from the body present with the Lord in Corinthians. when we die we flow to hell or heaven, thats it. notwithstanding, some scriptures also discuss judgment day. At judgment day there might want to correctly be a million or 2 judgments, one judgment for believers and yet another judgment for unbelievers, mutually with the demons. At that factor all and assorted will be raised and given new bodies, in the experience that they already have not been given new bodies. this can contain the unbelievers (yet probable no longer demons as they never had bodies). Then those who were in hell will be thrown interior the Lake of hearth and those in heaven will flow on the hot Earth.

Jesus spoke of death like sleep. He did not go to heaven until he was taken up in the clouds much later being witnessed by many people. Hell is actually just a place of the dead. Like the grave. He knew nothing during the time he was dead (asleep) until he was raised from the dead.
Edit: The passage "I tell you the truth today you will be with me in paradise"
Can be read either
"I tell you the truth, TODAY you will be with me in paradise.'
Or
" I tell you the truth today, you WILL be with me in paradise.
The second reading is actually the most congruent with the Bible. He did not go to paradise that day, but He was saying "Today I tell you the truth. You will be with me in paradise."
Grammatical errors are bound to happen when translating from one language into another.

Jesus rose into heaven, then he was sent to hell by the lord and this tested his true and most entire faith towards the lord; of course though, with the power and faith in the lord, he battled over the devil and came back to heaven...im pretty sure this is how it is..

Because of your ignorance on the bible, you do not know whether Jesus Christ went back to heaven 3 days after his death.
He went to heaven and joined God the Father as God. He was on earth as man to save sinners from sinning but the Jews do not believe him so they crucified him
which caused His death as man as the fullfillment of the prophecy then rose up to heaven.
