spreading misinformation is unpatriotic and, since it keeps the country from progressing, it is, in fact, treasonous.

spreading a "gut feeling" that actually hinders a countrry's growth as absolute truth should be punishable by law. yes.

NO. Why are we afraid of HONEST speech! Come on...Let the people speak what is on their minds, their ideas, without all the qualifiers.

I would even accept rudeness, and honest bigotry to political correctness. yuck. PC murders the free exchange of ideas thoughts and free speech.

The law shouldn't be involved in matters of religion, IMO, unless there is some kind of outright abuse going on.
