My favourite is probably PHOTO magazine. The imges that I have seen it in are so thoughroughly original and profession and it is flooring. There are also tips for beginners. However, it's a French magazine, so it helps if you can understand French if you are not just content with the photography ;)

My source for the latest info in the field would just a place like dpreview. There is a latest news section and they do comparisons on cameras as well (though I am bit suspicous it may be Canon biast- just like just about every other review place on the web, I suppose).

However, if I'm looking for inspiration, a place like flickr or deviantART is great.

Magazine: Photo Life.

Why?

No reviews of The 5 Hot New DSLRs You Can't Live Without.

Just pages of beautiful pictures.

Latest info: I don't need it -- I shoot film.

I can't pinpoint my favourite magazine because they are all different and all have valuable information. Most of what I have learnt as a photographer came from photo mags. And my favourite website is www.kenrockwell.com
