i am in college, im 22 female, i have to walk about 1/4 mile to class.. and i get SO out of breathe. i am sitting in class just so exhausted and hot..


is this abnormal?? i am 5;3 , 130 lbs.

no dear it is not normal. you should get a complete physical. including blood work, and ekg, a chest xray and also make sure they check your thyroid- with a blood test called "tsh"thyroid stimulating hormone" it is very common for our bodys to need a little tweaking from time to time. Good for you that your paying attention and know yourself so well! If you consider yourself to have had more energy in the past and this is just coming on "lately" then make that appointment! it could be as simple as a diet change! but don't be scared because you are young and the majority of serious problems affect us older folk! stay on top of it!

You DO sound kinda out of shape... You're not a Smoker- are you? A young woman your age & weight SHOULDN'T be having breathing Issues after so little excersize... Maybe you should see a Doctor & get checked out... :)

your just out of shape.. try doing some physical exercises... like go to the gym and run a lil on a tred mill

try to do some excerise
i think you will get some prograss

i wouldn't worry about it... just do a couple of excersices and you'll be fine. drink plenty of water too!!!
