There's no law saying you can't give your kid a sandwich for dinner. Make them a nice turkey sandwich with a yogurt and some celery or carrot sticks on the side, and an apple juice. Viola! There are all your food groups and it only took 5 minutes!

Mini pizzas. Just take hamburgar buns, put pizza sauce (that you can get in a jar at the store) and put some cheese on top of the sauce and stick in the oven at 400 for 8-10 min. The kids love them cause there the kids size and add some fruit and everyone's happy. Either that or I'm known for just throwing waffles in the toaster and giving them strawberry's and whipped cream to top it with. . Good luck> I know how it is to just not want to do anything

The quickest and easiest meal that my children love is to boil a bag of Barilla cheese tortellini, combine it with a jar of pasta sauce and some salad. If your kids won't eat salad, you can give them peas or green beans or something like that. Or don't sweat it because tomato based sauce counts as a vegetable.

take some tortilla chips throw them in a baking dish. Top with a whole bag of mixed Mexican style cheese and add the precooked chicken strips you can find in the prepared foods section cooler at the store. bake for 15 minutes, top with salsa and sour cream on the plate to each persons taste. you can add beans, rice and other ingredients if you want to take a little more time. To save time on clean up cover the bottom and sides of pan with foil, then take it out when you are done and all you have to do is rinse the pan. also recommend paper plates then you have no dishes to do really. EVERY KID LOVES NACHO'S
I Love you sweetie, enjoy

I keep a bag of frozen ravioli on hand, for when I just don't want to cook. Boil water, toss in ravioli, dump out. You can put spagetti sauce on top, butter and cheese, or just let them eat them plain.

We LOVE Helper meals, especially Tuna helper! At lunch, if we are running behind and the kids need their naps, I give them lunchables, but hold the dessert (and give them a fruit instead), since it is usually something like reeses or oreos!

Fajitas, Tacos, or Burritos are my quick meals. Beef Stroganoff is also a quick option. (And my kids love that)
