Shinto is the bee's knees because of the amount of freedom and trust the gods provide you with in the religion.
It's the cat's pajamas because it doesn't discriminate at all, against other religions, orientations, races, philosophies, etc. In fact, it blends with most quite nicely. ^^

Well, for starters, I look better by candle light. I don't have to worry much with restrictive undergarments when I'm in circle. (Who can feel holy in an underwire?) I don't have to go further than my living room for "church". The incense smells fab! I get plenty of fresh air and opportunities to fool around with my husband in the moonlight. Also, it turns out that alot of Pagans are great cooks and some of these fantastic Heathens brew there own beer! They are always excited to share their talents and I am always happy to partake.

For me so far it's that no one checks on my actions. (They stopped this long ago. 1500? I think.)
Most of rituals are very honed down due to modern life. 45 minute masses. The calendar year is written years ahead so one can plan ones life. Plenty of good reasons.
But to clarify - many do not like it, which is in their free will to do. I am happy.
