no no no my man, you got to take it easy. Try something like walkin up to her, and sayin "Hey how are you? By the way if you dont know me, im (your name). I was just wondering, (then ask a question about homework, work, or anything you 2 have in common).

Something along those lines.

That's a good way to start talking to her. Do you work with her? Ask her a question (even if you know the answer). Ask her where something is located or what the procedure is, etc. Then smile at her, look her in the eyes, and say, "Thank you. My name is so and so, by the way," She'll tell you her name and then say, "Nice to meet you." Then go from there.
