For the second time:

Ear cropping (not clipping) varies a lot by location. Around these parts it will cost you about $500 a puppy.

But, personally, if you ask me, the money is the very least of the hassle. The posting and taping for up to 6 months afterwords is the real pain.

I am not sure how old your puppy is, but most vets will not crop ears after 10 weeks of age.

If you are spending $1500 on the dog, find the best vet you can to do the neutering. It may not be a long surgery but it IS surgery and you could lose the dog to anesthesia or vet mistake. Less of a chance of that with a vet that comes highly recommended by people you trust. When you find the vet ask him what he charges. I wouldn't let the cost of the neutering decide where I had it done after spending that kind of money on the dog. If the breeder doesn't crop the ears, you would have to pay to have that done. And finding a vet who knows how to correctly crop Cane Corso ears might be a problem since they aren't a common breed in the US. And yes, I believe the Cane Corso is on most 'dangerous dog' lists. So it would most likely be a problem if you are trying to find an apartment.

It depends on the vet and the type of cut. A lot won't do it you'll have to shop around.
My dogs were between $150 and $175.
My dogs were not taped very long at all 6 months is on the very long estimate of the time.

Is it necessary? Unless you're showing the dog competitively, there is no need for it. It's traumatic, most puppies are fearful of humans and instruments for the rest of their lives and it serves no beneficial purpose to for the health of the dog.

No price is worth putting your animal through that pain so you can find it to be aesthetically pleasing to the sight.
