Turn your non stick backing tin/tray upside down works a treat.
Chances are its only non stick on the correct side
Ignore I left them in too long 😀

Aluminum foil. Make it a few sheets thick though, cause one foil sheet is pretty flimsy. It works though. I've done it.

depends on what type of cookies, but you can use a heavy-duty aluminum foil for most of your smaller cookies.
