Okay i see that girl every morning in the subway going to work. It doesn't matter what time i get on it, she is there almost every time. We don't talk or say anything, but every time we see each other we smile. I don't know what to say to her. I feel if i made a move between all these people i am going to embarrass her.
I need some ideas!

Do you work in this subway car, or am I lucky enough to see you almost ever time I get on this subway? That will lead to conversations of where you both work, and then you should get her phone number from there and make it a point to tell her that you look forward to seeing her soon.

You see her every morning and smile; that's a great start, but why not start up a conversation with, "Good morning" and if that goes well, a comment about the weather would be quite acceptable.

Ask her a question about something people are interested in locally. A safe question about a trend, an event or politics. You could compliment her on something like her shoes or jewelry or something, not too personal, that reveals or hints at her personality.
You just need to open the door a bit.

I am a girl in my 20s and I think you shouldn't "make a move", but maybe just make some general comment/observation (how cold it is, if you got there early/late, if it's unusually crowded, etc.) to break the ice the first time and then build on that.

How about maintaing this one special?
You get into lot of relations where u get to know people and talk to them, fight with them and hang out. Let this one be limited to just look at each other and smile.
If you really want to aproach her, try to keep the first meet a bit short because you have a fear of she getting embarrassed.

Mo ,in all seriousness you better say something,because if you let it go to long ,she may think you are just a stalker pervert.So say something to her that way you will know what is going on.Say Hello,that may start the Ball rolling and loosen up you sound real tight.

women like it when you make a move on them especially when it is in front of a lot of people it shows confidence and as far as what you should say, say hi tell her your name if she smiles tell her she has a beautiful smile, make a lot of compliments and right when you two are about to part ways ask her for her number and say we should hang out or get something to eat sometime
