There are HUNDREDS of unrelated parties running variations of this scam at any given time. You MAY be able to stop one, but stopping them all is impossible.

no not realy there is a way to track them down but unless your going to kill them no sense chance are that there in a difrent counrty are goverment cant arestthem and there goverment wont bother sense the pesron makeing the complant is not a citson of that contry so u can but u would have to cominnt a crime to do it so then y bother its a cach 22 jest mark the email as spam and move on
