See I thought this guy and I had a mutual attraction for one another. We hug everytime we see each other.. He's kissed my cheek and hand. He's complimented me.
So I thought yeah he might like me, but it hit me today, that must be impossible or he would have asked me for my info right? So I should just forget about him completely, right? We were in college together and we both graduated. He's still there for grad school, if I get accepted I'll be going back for grad school. So I can find him, the issue is, if I should bother. We're both 22.
Is this one of those "he's just not into you" moments?

I should also mention that he's a football player, aren't they usually pretty confident, so it really makes me think he definitely wasn't into me

your both older now and things might go smoother for both of you at your next run in. you may have to make the first move, be confident, he may not be.

he did not like you enough then and did not have the b'''ls and is no good. He would fall to the ground if he met the girl I have now. I made the moves and got her number and she is a tough tough girl and funny - successfull - gorgeous - sensual. There have been other women that I did not bother with but thought well should I? I just was not excited by them. If he has the b''ls and is right then he will use them. It takes b'''s to ask alot of women out as there are nasty pieces of work everywhere that will rip a guy to shreds. Like the one I am with now lol - and I have seen her in action first hand - she is good. A real fighter girl - thats what a woman has to be now I guess.

Thats tricky. I cant really tell if he likes you or not. I don't think he would have kissed your hand if he just saw you as some girl he goes to school with. He has some kind of feelings for you. Im going to have to agree is maybe he didnt want to get turned down since you didnt say anything after that sweet gesture that he proabably had planned out to let you know he liked you. Look him up, it sounds like he might be a good guy. Even if you dont get accepted send him like a congrats on grad school or something and include your phone # or even better give it to him in person. You definately need to meet up with him again. I think there is something there.

He might be a tough guy on the outside, but a nice, shy guy on the inside. Although it is not conventional, I don't see anything wrong with you approaching him and asking to "hang out" sometime. I can't tell you how many times I have been interested in a girl but didn't do anything about it due to being scared or just too busy or even lazy. I say approach him, but don't seem too eager...you know what guys think that means! :-)

u asked me to answer ur question so here it goes. im not him but my guess is he may like you. asking for your # has nothing to do with it. i never really ask for a girls number, i have enough game that i can usually get them to give it to me. this sounds like what he might be doing. my advice is bring up a conversation where u have an excuse to give him ur #. just now a girl was talking to me about how she was trying to find the best parties in town and that if i heard about a good one i should let her know and she gave me her number.
also its fully possible that he is just scarred to anyway. being a football player has nothing to do with it.....i mean what kinda tough guy kisses a girls hand?

If he's just a normal guy, he may feel more comfortable slapping his team mates @ss than asking a lady that he finds attractive for her number! I'd rather get beat by the block bully than turned away by a girl I find attractive. But, people have to overcome their fears!

Guys are scared of getting turned down just like we are. But you will never know if you don't take the chance. Just casually ask him to a movie with you. He might of got scared when he got no reaction on the hand kissing. I think it sounds like he likes you, but he is just shy.

Well...he could have feelings for you or mabey he's just a flirt.
Does he hug and give kisses to other ladies? If so, then he may just be a flirt. If not then he may be interested or to shy to ask for your digits.
Why don't you ask him? It's worth a shot. Some guys are just as shy as us women. IT's hard making the first move,

When a guy truly likes you he becomes shy and nervous. I love this girl but I am scared to ask her because I don't want to be rejected. If you are interested in him and you know he is interested in you show him some signs that you love him. However, if you are to proud you would not get him. Just be open and nice to him. Most of the time when people know that somebody loves them they change their behavior, but I don't know why. Later on they realize that they missed a big opportunity.

I think that if you like this guy enough to want to go out on a date. Then ask him. Sometimes they are just too shy, or not sure of what you think. I would just bite the bullet and ask him. No harm and you find out what he really thinks, otherwise you will always keep wondering.....

No, kissed your mouth, maybe, I would think it could mean something. Leave him alone for awhile absent makes the heart grow fonder and see what happens I say 3 to 6mos no phone call , I just happened to be in the area etc. Nothing it may work , it worked for me
