I have been on my job for almost a year now, i am 6 months pregnant, i just lost my license, i live 30 miles away from my work, and i am running out of options to get rides. My job consists of appointments and i have some bookd out 6 weeks in advance. My fiance wants me to go in and tell them tomorrow that i will work until the end of the week, but i do not want to leave them without a massage therapist (o that is what i do and i am the only one) with our busy season coming up. i need advice. what should i do?

It is a good idea to do what you would like to have done if it was your company and your employee.
Most work situations find two weeks notice sufficient for finding a replacement or realigning current employees.
As suggested above, go in and explain your situation.
Can you afford to quit?
Can you afford to continue working?
Can you physically and mentally continue to work?
Surely they know, at 6 months lol, that you are preggers, so it can't be a suprise, but I like that you are worried about the "right thing", it is refreshing in a world more worried about "what can I get away with" instead of "what is the right thing".
Good luck and congratulations.

I don't think you can continue to make it to work in this situation. 30 miles twice a day is a lot of miles on someone else's car.
I think it's better to give them two weeks notice now, and give them the chance to look for another massage therapist, rather than leave them in a lurch when you finally run out of options later and just can't get to work.
Here is an example of a resignation letter:
Date
Dear (your boss's name)
This letter confirms my resignation as a massage therapist with (company name) on (two weeks after above date)
I have truly enjoyed my employment here, and appreciate the opportunity to work with you. Thank you for the support, guidance and encouragement that I have received while working here.
Please let me know if I can be of assistance during this transition.
Sincerely,
(your name handwritten in cursive)

They also have farewell letter examples if you want to give some to the co-workers you want to keep in contact with.
Good luck, and congratulations on your pregnancy!

At the end of the day you must do whats best for you. Do you really need all this stress when you are 6 months pregnant. I would go in, talk with your Boss and advise them of the situation. See what they say and if nothing has changed then tell them its best that you leave. Im sure they will be understanding.

Your boyfriend has thought this out for you, so tell, or ask him to submit a two weeks notice for you and stick in there until a replacement is found.
Then tell that man to marry you and be a daddy to that child.
You have had six months to prepare for this, it is not like they do not know, so talk to them.
Work the six weeks, and do not schedule any more any further out that would confuse any that take your place.
You will be 7.5 mnths in when you leave then, all good.

You write a Letter of Resignation giving two weeks
notice. I'm sure you can hold out for two more weeks.
And why would you get a job 30 miles away. Your lucky
got any rides !!!!

Put it in writing, and give 2 weeks notice if at all possible. Medical is a viable reason for leaving but don't leave them in a lurch, it may haunt you later.
