this comment was written to a friend who is going thru a stressful moment and confusion, the reason behind the comment is to make her feel in ease.

I would say Amy must still be confused and probably more stressed because that comment made no sense.

It is nice..but the last sentence- "think of a gift to bring it to you in my next visit :P lol ok? " confused me because are you asking her to think of a gift? or are you telling her that you are thinking of a gift to bring to her on your next visit? maybe it should be rewritten for the exact point to get across...but this is nice to write and very thoughtful of you. :-)

You could say it this way, "I'm sorry you've been going through a stressful time. If there is anything that you need, or anything I can possibly do to help you, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm just a phone call away."
